The Metric Threaded Hex bolts have hexagonal heads and are for general purpose use. These 8.8 Grade Steel bolts have a Zinc plated finish and are made from high tensile carbon steel. They can be installed using a socket drive tool or a standard wrench. These bolts are compatible with standard nuts and washers of the same thread pitch, grade, and finish. An alternative for using hex bolts without nuts is to place them directly into a compatible female threaded receptacle. They require a pre-drilled hole or pre-tapped hole with compatible female thread./
