Delivery Timeframes:
- Nationwide deliveries (Rest of Ireland): Delivered within 2-4 working days.
- Local deliveries (30km Radius): Delivered within 2-3 working days.
If your delivery is urgent, please contact us by phone or email, and we will do our best to expedite it. Please include any specific delivery instructions when placing your order.
Note: Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. If an item is out of stock or will take longer to ship, we will notify you via phone or email.
Placing an Order:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. A second email or text will be sent once your order is processed and shipped with our delivery partners.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an alternative or offer a refund.
Large/Heavy Goods Delivery:
Large/Heavy goods will be delivered on pallets and unloaded by the driver using mechanical lifting equipment. All bulky items are delivered to the kerbside. Delivery personnel will not enter premises for storage.
It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of any pallets or packaging used during delivery.
If goods are damaged on delivery, the buyer has the right to refuse delivery. Please photograph the damaged goods and email the photos to cullinanandsons@gmail.com We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost as soon as possible.
If goods are signed for and later found to be damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours in writing and provide photos to cullinanandsons@gmail.com. We will address the issue promptly. Manufacturer warranties may apply.
