Used indoors for the sealing of MEMBRANE overlaps, service penetrations, sealing membrane to steel, timber and masonry for air-tightness and vapour control in accordance with DIN 4108. Bonding surfaces should be dry, grease and dust free and without mechanical loadings.
- Tear resistant thread reinforcement makes the Gerband 586 Airtight Tape universally suitable for achieving airtightness and sealing surfaces
- PET reinforcement helps prevent over-expansion of the adhesive tape
- Sticks at extremely low temperatures and conforms to DIN 4108-7.
